I applied what youtubers explained in tutorials but Acer doesn't show flash drive or OS installation DVD in boot menu.
Please tell me what should I do to install OS from DVD disc or flash drive.

Try creating Windows 11 bootable USB using Windows 11 media creation tool or Rufus utility.

Some computers won't show a drive in the boot menu unless there is a DVD or USB stick already inserted.

Actually the computer he lists the specs for in "My Computer" is his desktop MSI. The computer he has a boot problem with is his Acer laptop, of which we still have no information.

Your BIOS has F12 Boot Menu set to Enabled
Put a bootable USB into the laptop
Keep pressing F12 at boot until the boot menu shows.
Is the USB listed?

The USB may need to be formatted as NTFS. I am not sure. And be created with UEFI or Legacy boot compatibility (As I mention in a post below)

Also, ensure the bootable USB is properly created with UEFI or Legacy boot compatibility.
In the Boot menu, if you’re worried and want try and to see if your Laptop will boot directly into the USB then “USB HDD” should be the top entry, I believe.
But traditionally for your Laptop, pressing F12 repeatedly at boot, to enter the boot menu is the way to go.

To boot your Acer Aspire E1-531G from a USB port, follow these steps:
  1. Create a Bootable USB Drive – Use tools like Rufus or the Windows Media Creation Tool to format and prepare your USB drive.
  2. Insert the USB Drive – Plug the bootable USB into a USB 2.0 port (some systems have compatibility issues with USB 3.0).
  3. Enter BIOS Settings – Restart your laptop and press F2 repeatedly to enter the BIOS menu.
  4. Change Boot Order – Navigate to the Boot tab and set the USB drive as the first boot device.
  5. Disable Secure Boot – If your system is using UEFI, disable Secure Boot in the BIOS settings.
  6. Enable Legacy Boot (if needed) – If the USB drive isn't recognized, switch to Legacy Boot mode.
  7. Save and Exit – Press F10 to save changes and restart your laptop. It should now boot from the USB.
