Right click the desktop and choose Display Settings.
Check your Resolution is at the (recommended) level.
Then Scroll down to Scale.
Increase the scaling by 25% at a time till you get the desired effect.

Yeah, there's sumpthin dickered there! The Start button and the icons look inline but, the Search box and Clock/Date are sunken! 🤷‍♂️
