Although "Get Latest Updates as soon as available" is turned ON, Win11 is still at version 23H2

Hello,
HP Probook 450 G7 (portable) Win11 Pro 23H2.

I bought this laptop with Win10 Pro. Last year in July 2024, I upgraded it to Win11 22H2, then in September 2024 it updated to version 23H2.
Since September 2024, I opted for turning ON "Get Latest Updates as soon as available"
Today, a year after, by chance I checked the Win11 installed version... it's still 23H2 build 226.31.6199. And yet, on Settings / Windows Update tells me "You are up to date".

What should I do to upgrade to 25H2 version?

Download the iso. and you have two options:

Install the Aveyo bypass or the FlyOOBE bypass to allow the iso. to be run with an in place upgrade within Windows.

Or write it to Rufus, select options you want to by pass in the Windows installer and do a clean install.

I fear it will be complicated, especially since I don't want "Clean install".
I want to keep all my app data, settings, etc...

In that case, mount the iso. within Windows, choose setup and then inside the installer settings, choose keep my files, personal data and apps.

Where to find the ISO? In my case, since I want to keep all my app data, settings, etc… will still I need Aveyo bypass or FlyOOBE bypass?

On the other hand, Isn't there a simpler solution?

Download Windows 11

Run this .cmd

How Do I Get Around This Issue to Install 24H2?

I am a bit lost as I posted previously about the POPCNT and I was advised my CPU was compatible with 24H2

Double click and mount iso. Disconnect internet. Run setup.exe inside mounted iso.
