AMD B450 Graphics X processor PC fails Windows 11 health test

I have an AMD B450 Graphics X processor running Windows 10 & followed online instructions to enable TPM 2.0 for Windows 11. However, while the bios shows enabled, the PC health test still asks me to enable TPM 2.0.
How do I solve this Problem?

I had a look at your Motherboard.

The Motherboard: Enabling fTPM on a B450 Motherboard​

  • If you're using a B450 motherboard, it uses fTPM (Firmware TPM).
  • Go to:
    • Security > Trusted Computing > Security Device Support
    • Set it to Enabled
  • Go to:
    • Security > Trusted Computing > AMD fTPM switch
    • Set to AMD CPU fTPM
    • Save & Exit BIOS

The CPU​

- Your CPU must support SSE4.2 or Windows 11 will not be supported. (I am assuming it has SSE4.2)​

To install Windows 11, you need to know:​
- TPM 2.0 can be bypassed for motherboards. (RUFUS is a good TPM bypass media creator/Windows 11 installer)​
- SSE4.2 for CPU’s, if not present, cannot be bypassed.​

The good news is that a B450 motherboard is new enough that I expect it'd be Windows 11 compatible with any CPU it supports. (Socket AM4.)

But we'd need more information to make suggestions about things like BIOS settings other than generic ones.
