Yes. It does post. I have a feeling it is the M.2 ssd after re-seating all the other components.

Is the OS giving you way to fix/repair Windows?

If so, try to boot into Advanced Options if possible and choose a "System Restore" and choose a Restore Point and see if that works. Just had something like what you're going through last week, and a system restore worked.

Also, if the OS drive is near full, try removing some stuff to get the drive down to 70 percent full an see how it goes.

Thanks for input. I can get all the options that you mentioned but it is molasses right now. It will take forever to get at those options and once you are there, it will just freeze there and won't do anything after clicking any of the restore or repair options.
My OS drive is 30% full only.

My next target are my other disks.. My Win 11 insider drive and my data disk.

It hogs the entire PC resource for some reason. It is corrupted. Good thing I only store disposable files there.
Tried connecting it via USB dock to attempt recovery but it also freezes the entire PC and cause big time slow down even via USB.
My PC boots up within seconds without it.

It is a case of a corrupted drive corrupting the entire PC. But it is a really an old drive. It is time to let it go.

I think so. I lost my Macrium images to that corrupted drive. Good thing my main OS did not get corrupted with all those restart and hard resets last night. I just need to reinstall a new W11 insider because that is the one I blew. But it doesn't really matter. It is just for play anyway.
