Well there you go, I've learnt an important lesson this week. NEVER put in a soooper graphics card (RTX 4070) that the current PSU (550) can not handle. It caused chaos trying to sort out faults and crashes. I got my pc back this morning with a brand new 700 PSU. Mucho great improvement.

Well elbmek at least you're not me and bought a 3070 Ti and just assume your Sandybridge board has at minimum a PCI-E 3.0 slot to run the card (Which wouldn't Run) so then I ended up upgrading pretty well everything else just to use the 3070 Ti at about $3500.00 CAD.

On a good note the old system was 12+ years old and didn't meet Windows 11 requirements anyway and since Windows 10 is EOL in about 2 years I upgraded early. The new PC I built is listed in System Specs 2.
