Hi

I'm getting a bit p****d off with MS and Windows 11. I'm being pestered with dialogues saying to set up Family. I DON'T WANT to set up Family. The only other person in my family is my husband and he has his own PC. So how the hell do I turn this darned feature off. MS don't allow it to be removed but as far as I am concerned it is a waste of space. So! If I can't remove it, can I just disable it and if so - HOW?

It may have to be done through your Microsoft account.
Is it since the latest update of yesterday?

I don't think I have ever seen it, still different machines all do different things, so many variations in settings as well

I'm not aware as to whether it would make a difference, would kick in the problem, but when installing new programs I choose for the current user only, not everyone.

I just went to start -> all apps, and scrolled down to the Family entry. Then right-click and select uninstall.
