Unwanted Program launches on Windows Start and I don't want it to

I have an unwanted program (specifically "xlive wallpaper") that launches every time I start Windows and I can't find where is telling it to launch so I can stop it from doing so. How do I stop it from launching? BTW, I can't even find the program to delete it when I do a full disk search for it.

Have you tried disabling it from the Task Manager under startup programs?

It is a Store app
X Live Wallpaper - Microsoft Store
that's also available elsewhere such as in
X Live wallpaper - Softonic

You'll find it in Settings, Apps.
Its own Settings contains a Start with Windows option.

Whilst AutoRuns is really, really not needed in this case, it is a very powerful utility.

Not an Insider app. I downloaded xlive wallpaper a while ago from the MS store. When it became annoying, I couldn't figure out where it was installed so I could delete it. Disabling it works just as well, so that is what I did.

I don't know why I didn't think about it before but all I needed to do to find and uninstall "MS xlive wallpaper" was to go to Settings, Apps and go down the list. Once found, just install it from there, which I finally did.

Most store apps all you have to do is right click and uninstall will show up.
