I think my first cut will be with Rufus and see how it goes. Since this will be my backup computer, it just has to come to life if my main computer bites the dust. I can't afford to be without a computer if one bites the dust.

  1. Download the Windows 11 ISO.
  2. Double click to mount it.
  3. Go to the mounted volume and shift+ right click to open powershell.
  4. Run ./setup.exe /product sever

To close the loop, I bit the bullet and picked up an inexpensive MB and processor that fully supports Win11, so a standard install was the solution, all working. :)
