Bluetooth Blues

Well here I am again with these insufferable ear buds -- that do not work! Again! They worked fine yesterday -- put them in their little case for the night - shut down the pc. Today, I attempt to use them and NOT! The laptop no longer recognizes them. Nothing changed overnight that I am aware of - I am so tired of BT sputterings.
Anyway, I uninstalled the app software and reinstalled it. That usually takes care of it but not this time. Pls give me some thoughts about what to do next. I have posted this problem before but I really don't wish to ferret out an answer from a long post regarding this issue. Thank you.

Admittedly I am being lazy not wanting to slog through old posts about this constant bt problem. I have been at it for a few hours today and nothing I do works. I know it can be fixed -- I have done it more than a few times. I'll keep trying.

I sometimes have issues with a bluetooth receiver on the wifes system... Uninstall the software/drivers... Download driver explorer and delete the driver totally from system. Reboot. try installing them again.
