I do not understand. I posted the link that Bruderbund sent me. It is where I got the fix. Seems it has been removed again so I give up. Sorry about that for anyone who needs the fix.

I just sent this off to Bruderbund but hold out no hope for a different link since they sent the first one to me before. Anyhow hwew is thew ticket I created just not - Where can I find the Printing Fix.zip file at your site? Please send me a link.

I got a reply from Bruderbund and it is exactly the same link as I posted before. They, again, also sent a zip file with the fix and I assumed that shouldn't be posted here. So, I guess I cannot help anyone who needs the link because the only one I have and received again today from Bruderbund is the link that keeps getting deleted after I post it. I do not understand the message I got explaining why the post was edited. It said it had to be a link to an official source instead. Instead of what? I have no idea what is going on or why that link isn't allowed here. What is an official source if it isn't that link where the fix can be downloaded? If anyone can explain that, I'd really appreciate it. But for now, I am not linking this thread to Bruderbunds' Print Fix, sorry.

Usually, you link to Bruderbunds site and the site has the link. You posted what they sent to you in a support request that happens to be a google drive link and it was a direct link to the exe. Direct links to downloads are not allowed.

OK, thank you for the explanation but that is all I have and what Bruderbund sent me again yesterday. I assume that means there is nothing at their site to choose from. I looked and found nothing but maybe someone else who does better searches that I may be able to find something.

Another question please. In both emails I got from Bruderbund, in addition to the link they provided, there was also a zip file. Inside the zip file, once extracted, there is the executable file that fixes the print problem. Please see the attachment, which is just a screenshot of what I am trying to describe. I am not at all sure the zip file could be uploaded to this thread since my Malawarybytes stops me from saving it directly to a folder on my computer. But would a zip file like that be allowed to be uploaded here if it could be? Thanks in advance for your help.

The best thing would have been to post info for users on how to contact them on how to get the fix direct from them.

OK, thank you. What I did was go to the Bruderbund site and created a ticket stating what problem I had. They then sent me a link to download the link to fix the problem.
