Could be helpful to run the bat file Tuneup2.bat?

In addition, now the BSOD is freezing to the blue screen with 100% progress, without restarting the pc

Find a flash drive that you can format (> or = 8 GB).

On a working Windows computer create a bootable Windows 11 Media Creation Tool (MCT) (Windows 11 iso).

On the problematic computer boot to the Windows 11 MCT (Windows 11 iso).

Plan to run these chkdsk switches overnight while sleeping:

Open Windows Recovery Environment (RE) > command prompt > type:

bcdedit | find "osdevice"

View the partition drive letter.

Type: chkdsk /b /v W:

(replace the drive letter W: with the applicable drive letter)

Reboot as needed.

chkdsk /b /v W:

(replace the drive letter W: with the applicable drive letter)

The type of the file system is NTFS.
Cannot lock current drive.

Chkdsk cannot run because the volume is in use by another
process. Would you like to schedule this volume to be
checked the next time the system restarts? (Y/N)

Type: Y

Reboot as needed.

After completing the chkdsk switches boot to Windows and run Tuneup plus.

Post a Tuneup plus share link.

And post a new V2 share link.

Hi everyone,
I would share with you that I found this post in official Windows support that suggests to reduce the RAM frequency: Redirecting

So, I have tried to reduce to 3133 evening yesterday and I haven't yet BSOD or application crashes at the moment.
I monitor it and come to you if the problem returns.

Thanks to all for the support and the time spent!!
