Windows 11 Professional - 10.0.22631 build 22631
My assembled computer works fine for 3 years. Now it restarts random caused by BSOD. The BSOD could be appear just after the startup, or after many work hours. When I work, some application (like browser or adobe application) crash without any advertise and no-sense.
I try to update all drivers (graphic driver, AMD driver and motherboard BIOS), clean up all windows with a fresh installation and I update windows to last available build.
I change my power supply in August because the older was fired, but if I remember well, the computer works fine after the changing for some months.

The tpm 2.0 is now enable and active (my motherboard supports it natively), and the Hyper-V virtualization is disable by firmware.
I try to enable the "core isolation" and the system increase your instability: after 10 seconds from the startup, the BSOD appear and the computer restarts.
Here you can see the log created by log collector v2: CIVE-PC-(2024-03-01_17-08-44).zip

Thanks in advance to anyone help me!
The problem is so frustrating!

The AuthenticAMD.sys driver caused one of the Blue Screen error is triggered due to outdated BIOS or AMD Graphic driver, enabled Fast Startup, or hardware failure. If the problem starts due to hardware failure, then you need to replace it without waiting for other things.

Thanks you @FreeBooter for your fast answer! The BIOS is updated with the last version released in November '23. The graphic driver is updated in January '24, but the video card is a little bit older, so it could be the problem. But it is a NVIDEA video card, so the graphic driver is a nvidea driver and not an AMD driver.
I try to check if the Fastest Startup is enabled and run the memory test the you suggest. I turn to you with the result after these tests.
Thank you for your help!

ps: I forgot that the a glitch appear to the screen usually when I switch account, and sometimes the BSOD appears just after the the account switch.

Possibly faulty capacitors in your power supply. If you changed the PSU, which the one in the sig, looks sus, I don't know what else to say, other than possibly a failing Ryzen or motherboard.

Hi everyone,
I execute the Memtest86+, and it has passed.
The FastStartup is disabled.
I thought too about to PSU problem as @RJARRRPCGP suggested, but I think that isn't compatible with an AMD authentication error showed by windows error logs.
I don't know what I try now..I could try to change the video card, but the AMD authentication error is stranger if it is broken..

1) Please modify the default language to English so that log files can be scanned and read.

2) Run Tuneup plus > post a share link

3) Make sure that images or share links are posted for all steps / tests

4) Post a new V2 share link after the next BSOD

5) Indicate whether the installed RAM F4-3200C16-8GIS are or are not displayed on the Qualified Vendor List (QVL)

Hi @zbook, you can find the new V2 here: CIVE-PC-(2024-03-03_08-23-27).zip
There was BSOD after I was changed the language.

This is the result of command to search more info about installed RAM.

In that list anything that says JDEC is supported without overclocking. So your 3200Mhz RAM is supported w/o overclocking.
Anything that says OC is considered overclocking, but is still supported.

Still assembled, still runs. Haven't turned it on for 13 years?
1) Overnight while sleeping please run chkdsk /b /v C:

C:\WINDOWS\system32>chkdsk /b /v C:
The type of the file system is NTFS.
Cannot lock current drive.

Chkdsk cannot run because the volume is in use by another
process. Would you like to schedule this volume to be
checked the next time the system restarts? (Y/N)

Type: Y

Reboot as needed.

Code:
Found an unneeded link ($FILE_NAME: "PAC083~1.TXT") in index "$I30" of directory "\Users\lisam\AppData\Local\Google\DriveFS\Logs <0x8,0xf7aff>"
        ... repaired online.

2) Run Memtest86+ > for 8 or more passes > take pictures > post images or share links

The more the passes the better the testing conditions.

It sometimes takes passes into the 20's to find malfunctioning RAM.

Code:
MemTest86+ needs to run for at least 8 passes to be anywhere near conclusive, anything less will not give a complete analysis of the RAM.

If you are asked to run MemTest86+ by a Ten Forums member make sure you run the full 8 passes for conclusive results.

If you run less than 8 passes you will be asked to run it again.

MemTest86+ has been known to discover errors in RAM in later passes than the eighth pass.

This is for information only; if you feel there is a definite problem with the RAM and 8 passes have shown no errors feel free to continue for longer.

Running 8 passes of MemTest86+ is a long and drawn out exercise and the more RAM you have the longer it will take.

It's recommended to run MemTest86+ just before you go to bed and leave it overnight.

Hi, sorry @zbook for the misunderstanding.

1) Please post a new V2 share link into the newest post.

RAM testing was designed to test for malfunctioning RAM.

RAM testing was not designed to test for incompatible RAM.

2) The installed RAM: F4-3200C16-8GIS was not seen in the MSI search results for supported RAM.

If you see it displayed then post a share link.

3) See if you can find RAM displayed on the QVL for testing purposes.

4) If the computer continues to have BSOD with QVL RAM then swap test other hardware components: motherboard, CPU

Hi,
here my answers:

1. here the link of the new V2: CIVE-PC-(2024-03-04_12-30-14).zip

2. No, there isn't my RAM in the official supported RAM by MSI

3. I find the compatibility in other sites: Compatible motherboards with G.Skill Aegis 8GB DDR4 3200MHz or F4-3200C16S-8GIS - QVL - G.SKILL International Enterprise Co., Ltd.

4. It is not easy to try new hardware because I would have to buy it new.

Thanks for your support so far and in the future!
I wait if there will be a new BSOD...I hope no!
