BSOD When Gaming on AORUS 17H

Hello!

I recently bought a Gigabyte AORUS 17H gaming laptop about 2 weeks ago and was playing on it just fine for a few days, but I've had 2 BSODs that I've witnessed, one on March 7, 2023, and one on March 19, 2023. I've attached the zip file with the minidumps and both times that the BSODs have happened have been when I was gaming.

I believe the first one happened when I was playing Genshin Impact. I forgot what exactly I was doing when it happened, but I know I was gaming or switching games. The second one happened while I was playing Project Zomboid, I had tabbed out of the game to go on steam and look for my friend on my friend's list to join their game on Project Zomboid when I got the bluescreen error again. The BSOD was too fast that I couldn't really make out what it said, so I got the minidumps instead. When the laptop restarted, I was able to join my friend's game without an issue from my friend's list.

I have 12 days left to return this laptop for a full refund, but I would rather get help figuring this out since I love how it performs. I don't have any issues outside of those BSODs. I really hope y'all are able to help me out.

New laptops should not have BSOD.

It is best to contact the laptop manufacturer for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Start with a trouble-free laptop.

The computer is likely having hangs or freezes related to the Nvidia GPU drivers.

There were many live kernel events for a new laptop.

There were 3 BSOD collected by the V2 log collector.

One of the dump files displayed a misbehaving driver.

The misbehaving driver was the Intel GPU drivers Igfxn or Igdkmd64.sys

If you want to troubleshoot please perform the following steps:

1) Run tuneup plus and post a share link into this thread using one drive, drop box, or google drive

2) Reinstall the Intel GPU drivers displayed on the Gigabyte website:

igfxn igfxn c:\windows\system32\driverstore\filerepository\iigd_dch.inf_amd64_8ee4a3575920cc7e\igdkmdn64.sys

3) If there are any new BSOD then run the V2 log collector and post a share link into the newest post

4) Reconnect the D: drive

Open administrative command prompt and type:

chkdsk /b /v W:

Change the drive letter W: to the applicable disk drive letter

C:\WINDOWS\system32>chkdsk /b /v
The type of the file system is NTFS.
Cannot lock current drive.

Chkdsk cannot run because the volume is in use by another
process. Would you like to schedule this volume to be
checked the next time the system restarts? (Y/N)

Type: Y

Reboot as needed.

5) Chkdsk on non-Windows drives can run anytime they are not actively used.
If you run chkdsk switches on the C: drive then plan to run the chkdsk switches overnight while sleeping.

After running the chkdsk switches post a new V2 share link into the newest post.

Thank you so much for your response zbook. Here is the link on onedrive with the tuneup log. I've also reinstalled the Intel UHD Graphics driver, after running the tuneup, on the gigabyte site and chose clean installation, then rebooted. Hoping this solves the issues. Will proceed with step 3 if there are any further blue screens.
