Buying original Microsoft software

Hello everybody.
In country where I live it is possible to buy Windows software in computer store. Seller will send intallation USB and card with actiovaion key which is included in Windows cardboard box.

In the country where I live it is possible to buy activation keys for Windows OSes and Microsoft Office through website where people whole around country post ads to sell for instance keyboards, music instruments, games for PS, etc... I noticed that prices on that web site is lower than prices in computer stores.
I am suspicious that maybe isn't legal.

I want to notice you that country where I live isn't in European Union and because of that I am asking is it legal to buy only activation key for lower price in EU countries and other countries worldwide?

That would depend on the business/website I would assume. It would depend on wether the business/website has an affiliation with Microsoft. But you don’t have to buy from a website in your country, you can buy discounted legal keys from a verified website from anywhere.

Please, if you can please send me list of verified websites.

Quite a few members from this forum purchase keys from StackSocial.

I have also seen members buy from the link above via Guru3D

Both of the websites above claim an affiliation with Microsoft. These are established websites/businesses so I haven’t found a reason to doubt their claims.
