Cannot delete folder

PowerRun v1.6 will do that as well. NSudo is also very powerfull and can also be used. I use explorer++ for many other things in the Recovery environment.
They all don't need an installer.

I believe that SIW2 doesn't understand what that winpeshl.ini entry does beside the existing recenv.exe.

Since the little program 'Unlocker' does not function anymore (was considered as a dangerous PUP by my AV-program), I use 'ThisIsMyFile' (click here for downloadsite). A small program as well to unlock and delete files and folders that can't be deleted because Windows consider them as 'busy' (for whatever reason).

If you want to use it as portable program, you should choose ThisIsMyFile_x64.zip for 64-Bit (x64) Windows.
The use is quite straight-forward and if the program can't delete a folder rightaway, you can mark to do that on the next restart.

Of course you should only use this on folders that you are sure of they should not be on the PC. You can destroy your whole system when you delete system folders with that program (as is true for any of such a program)!
