I just moved a Windows 11 VM machine by doing the following:
- Move Windows 11 VM machine folder to new location
- Start VMWare Workstation Pro
- Right-click on Windows 11 VM in Library list
- Select to Remove it
- Select File > Scan for Virtual Machines
- Browse to folder where Windows 11 VM is located
- Select Next
- Select Windows 11 VM in list
- Select Finish
