SysPrep would work, but it takes a lot longer than the other solutions suggested, especially a dedicated SID-changing tool.
In this case, it's not recent Windows updates causing an issue. I've said it many times and people are probably sick of reading it, but if you have duplicate SIDs, you've been doing something wrong all along. That's not new.
