Can't get Winrar in Context menu despite shell integration & reinstallation

Open WinRAR as administrator . Options---->Settings---->Integration---->Shell Intergration--->enable 'Legacy context menus' .

I tried that, then you'd get double entries for WinRAR when you right click on a folder.

I use classical right click menu. In my right click menu on a file and folder everthing is ok with winrar except on a folder. there is no winrar extension. I tried to uninstall it and install it with administration but useless. I may once remove reg key for this using Right Click Enhancer but I'm not sure. Even so shouldn't it get back when I install? Solution?

I have the same problem on one Windows 11 installation, while not on a second Computer. So it's a weird behavior.

I can just confirm that WinRAR context menu not correctly working while using the "old" context menu.

The workaround for me was to uncheck "Legacy context menus" in WinRAR settings and add manually the context menu with the following registry file.

Worked for me enabling legacy in WinRAR - Options - Settings - Integration - Legacy context menus. For some reason it was disabled. Has selected also Cascaded context menus, otherwise bloats the contextual menu too much unless you have very high dpi.
