Can't repair install with dism. The repair content could not be found anywhere

dism scan ok , tried a dism repair ( costed me 30 minutes ) , sfc /scannow ; ok .
rebooted and checked again , dism scan found errors (!) , made a dism repair again ; ok .
rebooted and checked again ; this time all fine , no corruption found ......

So , had to made a dism repair twice (!) , before finally all fine , without errors/corruption.............! 🛠️
Its clear ; no dism repair anymore , if the dism scan is ok............😉

That doesn't really sound like "MS Direct Guidance". Half of the Microsoft Community answers aren't really "answers".
If you have AI scrape garbage input, it's gonna return garbage answers. 🤷‍♂️

I would imagine the ISO builds are automated. They've been releasing them to enterprise and dev download sites forever. I doubt someone is making a decision and building them manually.

The reason is the Insider ISO's aren't really intended for you (the home user).

They're provided for MS partners (software companies and individual developers) for testing purposes. If they had to wait until the official 26H2 ISO was released to begin work on a 26H2 version of their app, it would be too late to release at the same time of 26H2's official launch.

Those partners fully understand it's a buggy build, but it's closer to the final product than the previous beta releases they've worked under. If they're not directly impacted by one of the current bugs, then they don't care.

For example, if their software doesn't touch File History, then the developer can safely ignore that File History is broken. It's a matter of limited time (getting their apps ready) because nobody wants to be the last company announcing a 26H2 version.

Isn't 26h2 targeted for October?

Five Windows 11 machines upgraded, and only my primary working machine has the error running DISM. It will be interesting to see if and when there is a solution, and what is "fixed" to make it go away.

tried the "dism repair " , after reboot scan found errors still.
Made the "dism repair " for the second time , after reboot all fine ............. 🛠️

That didn't work for me, and neither did three different repair installs.
