Can't start Outlook 2021 minimized in the tray?

Really there is no /option for this common feature?
All I've found are over-complicated VBS scripts, or hints how to launch it minimized to the toolbar, not in the tray.

Yes I knew this but it will still minimize Outlook in the taskbar at launch, not in the tray. When you open its window and manually click on the minimize button it will finally go to the tray, but on launch it will appear minimized in the taskbar, yes, even if you configured it to "Hide when minimized". That's the problem.
