I'm assuming the reg fix didn't work?
Hopefully the in-place upgrade will work for you. It didn't with my issue with Defender but that's another story.
No, unfortunately it didn't ;/

Oh, wait a sec!
This security Intelligence update just downloaded, and everything works!
Also, the tab disabled itself again, so I tried using reg fix again, and now everything works!
