Change Hover Delay, of Desktop Icons?

Can we change the time it takes for the info box to appear when you hover your mouse, still, over an icon or file on desktop?

windows 11 pro 24 h2.

The only other tutorial I found is this one for live preview and thumbnail hover delay in taskbar below.

You could try changing Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Mouse\MouseHoverTime to a lower value.
Mine's at 8, I think the default is 400.

Tried changing it to 0 and restarted, no difference, still a delay for me. Does zero work for you? It may no longer work for 24H2+ according to some posts

Works sufficiently on 24H2 for me, never tried 0.
