Starting with Paint app version 11.2508.361.0 for Windows Insiders on Windows 11, Microsoft is adding an opacity slider, giving you control over the transparency of your strokes with the Pencil and Brush tools.
Here's How:
1 Open the Paint app.
2 Select a Pencil or Brush tool on the toolbar. (see screenshot below)
3 Adjust the opacity slider on the bottom left side to the percentage level of stroke transparency you want.
