change the highlight color in the context menu

Hi, is it possible to change the highlight gray color to blue in the context menu? I saw something online to change color via registry but it doesn't work

Hi, daniway10, welcome to the ElevenForums 🙏

There aren’t any registry hacks or settings that I know of that would enable you to change the colour of the context menu.
Perhaps you might need to seek out a 3rd party theme app. I don’t have any experience with any.

I believe Stardock Windows Blinds is popular. I do use Stardock Apps but not Windows Blinds.
But if will set you back US$52.00
I have seen screenshots of coloured backgrounds in the context menus, also with text colour changes.

thanks for the help, I had already tried Moo0 but it only changes the background not the highlighter color

I fixed it ( nice blue selected contextmenu-items ) after installing SAB !
When uninstalling SAB , they all went to grey again.............

Im using SAB only for the taskbar ..........perfect blue contextmenu-items .
Open Shell for my startmenu...........
They dont bite each other !

unfortunately I will have to find other alternatives that only affect the context menu

See if Immersive will apply the blue highlight:

Set value to 0

Reboot

It doesn't work. I already had this setting that replaced the new context menu with the classic context menu, however I solved it with Shell
