Just click on more options,then run anyway- it's safe. Poster is a well-known member.

Go to C:\ and set your view to extra large icons. Then folder options and apply to all. Close and open explorer.

You may also need to apply your desired view to Open or Save dialogs, but, with no option to Apply to all.

You can't customise the root folder!

@dacrone, what I meant is that if you open C:\ in File Explorer, right-click on an empty space and select properties, there is no 'Customise' tab.
