Clean up my disk partitions

I don't like to mess around with my C drive, but what would you suggest to clean this up? I'm sure some is recommended, some is not needed.

You can find out which partition is the in-use Recovery partition by entering this cmd in an Admin cmd prompt
reagentc /info
If you are unsure then post the results to get an explanation of what they mean - which partition that are pointing to.

I have never seen CDriveSpace. Is that something you have created yourself?

I have not seen the EFI at the physical end of the disk. Does your disk have a history of major changes such as OS installations/upgrades?

For sure the arrangement is not kosher. I can only speak of how I would handle it. I would make an image of the drive, clean install windows making sure to delete all partitions during the install process and installing windows on unllocated space. The install will create the proper partitions in th eproper order.
Once complete, I would then use the recovery media for whatever imaging app you used to restore ONLY the C: partition from the image onto the Partition marked C on the drive.

I should have stated other info but it would take a book, lol. It was a partition that was created (HOW?) and I named it and gave it a letter so it wouldn't be the first thing that popped up in explorer. This disk has been imaged MANY times since I have hundreds of files that I would need to reinstall if I installed a fresh OS.

If it's working the way it is, and you don't want to reinstall, leave it alone! Don't fix stuff that ain't broke!

Bear in mind reagentc may call the recovery partitions 4, 5 and 6 although visually above it look like 3, 4 and 5.

This is because there is the small hidden 16MB MSR partition (partition 2 on my laptop).

It is not obvious if OP has the MSR partition - OP would have to run diskpart from an admin prompt.

That was not what glasskuter was suggesting.
She suggested
1 you make an image of the whole disk,
2 clean install Windows in order to get all the right partitions,
3 restore the C drive part of that image.
You would not then need to reinstall anything.

If OP makes a backup of all partitions with Macrium Reflect (even trial version), it is easy to reorder partitions using drag and drop - no need to do a clean install.

Since the machine is booting properly and has been for some time, I don't see the reason to do anything right now.
