I use privazer for trace cleaning.
I also use BleachBit because it is easy to define rules with .xml files.
But for cleaning I mainly use my .BAT files, because i don't want unnecassary files and folders after a software update, that's it.
So I double-click CleanAll.bat and it does everything I want, modify application's settings files (.ini and .xml) , modify and erase registry entries, erasing language files in apps, etc...

Windows works fine - Use Disk clean in Windows tools - no need for 3rd party stuff unless your machine is riddled with malware, spyware, pirated torrented stuff etc.

Windows might not be the best OS but at least it can do self maintenance of the OS without having to rely on paid software to do basic tasks.
