I have an HP Probook 455 G9 Laptop, with an AMD Ryzen 7 processor and 16 GB of RAM, the equipment is 2 months old, it is under warranty, but the dealership is in another city.
I am not sure when the problem started, but I can say that it was more or less in the fortnight of October, but now it has become unsustainable, it does not allow me to work. It turns out that I randomly get BSOD with the description critical_structure_corruption and sometimes some additional details of a DLL or SYS file, but usually it has no further description. I already tried to look at the event log but I don't know where to attack the problem.
What I have tried is the following:
1. I have already reinstalled several versions of Windows 11
2. I did the installations without formatting, formatting, deleting partitions, etc.
3. I have tried installing various versions of the video drivers, both from AMD and the one proposed by Microsoft.
4. I have run Memtest and found nothing
5. I have run all the HP tests to verify the SSD, Memory and other components and found nothing
6. I have already used the CHKFSK, DISM and SFC commands quite a bit
The symptoms:
1. Discontinuous vertical lines appear randomly in some images, even in video thumbnails
2. Firefox closes as soon as it plays any multimedia content, be it video or animated image, I have already tried an endless number of possible solutions and I have already given up, for now I have had to use EDGE which apparently suffers from the same problem, but it is more robust against these failures, and at least allows me to navigate.
3. In various processes I have to validate hash signatures, and they fail randomly
4. I am dedicated to creating web pages, and when I display the content, randomly, the rendered data is corrupted
Well, while I was changing the language of my laptop to comply with the forum recommendation, I had another BSOD, so I decided to delete all the LOG and event logs, and I had another BSOD. Now that I have the English language, I have started to work hoping that one will once again notice the devilish BSOD critical_structure_corruption with random details that I have mentioned.
After waiting and doing routine things it happened again and the link to the result of "V2 log collector" is the following: OneDrive and I put this folder in this folder shared the results according to your instructions.
Thank you very much for your attention, and please pay attention to your instructions in order to find a solution for my case.
