Solved CPU fan stops at the logon screen

Works fine when in bios. Noticed some strange "click" noises earlier and open the chassi and then I saw the cpu fan stopped.

I'm using a Fractal Design Torrent chassi with a fan hub. Need it for my four chassi fans. The cpu fan cable goes with a extension cable to the hub.

Was down to the store earlier, I was thinking of changing the fan but the trouble maybe isn't there.

I have done a bios reset, nothing better.

Turned off Fan expert and it started working. Turned on after that and still working now. Something to worry about? The computer didn't go off, it should do that if it's overheating I guess.

I'm using this Nexus 9P Slim Fan Hub that is coming with the Fractal Torrent chassi.

Seems to be the fan hub at the chassi that was the problem. I found the other two fan header connections at the motherboard so I could connect all chassi fans directly to the motherboard instead. CPU fan as well. Maybe that will work better.
