Hey gang! I checked this thread because the Language bar is a deal breaker for me too!

I'm happy to report that I'm not affected, despite being on 22H2.
My version is 22621.674

I'm new to Windows 11 so I'm using a StartBar tool called StartAllBack.

Everything looks normal. The Language bar is there and the shortcut for switching input is working.

I'm on the same version! I can't understand why that doesn't work for you (by right click on the LB, and choosing "Close the Language bar")!

I noticed that you're talking about the Login screen... You should not use special chars (non-English) in your password.
That's just a recipe for trouble. Even if you want password in your own language, write it with regular English letters and skip any non-English characters. That way you will never have any login problems.
'
I totally understand that you want the operating system in some other language, or want to be able to switch.
A password is just a password though - Use Latin letters and numbers only.
