Customizing Question

Looks like eBay has no "parts only" copies where the fans and shrouds could be scavenged.

I think your safest chance would be to buy a white card. Newegg has a couple of white models. You might be out a couple of hundred dollars, net.

What price coolness?

The 4070 ti is a considerably more powerful card than a 4060 ti. The Ultimate GeForce GPU Comparison

I doubt that 12GB is a handicap in gaming.

Is your PSU up to the additional load? (285W rather than 165, just for the card. nVidia recommends a 700W PSU or better.)

The 4070 Ti 12GB will be fine at up to 2560x1440 (QHD) resolution. However your performance may be bottlenecked by the 9900 CPU, depending on the games.

I'm going to be using the 4070 Ti in my custom built PC that I'll be working on within the next month or so. I've already purchased an Intel i9-14900KF with a Red Dragon 1300w Power Supply so I don't believe I'll have a bottleneck or psu issue. Thank you though!

That power supply is on the Tier E list (avoid).

Might want to look into a Seasonic power supply instead. For example...

These are all the Seasonic gold, platinum or titanium rated power supplies, 850W or larger...

At the top right, you can change the country if you're not in the US.

@Ghot as long as it's white, modular and 1000w or more I do not care which brand, thank you for your suggestion I will look into them. The only problem I've found is not finding a white modular one that's 1000w or more. I see there is a white edition on there website but not finding any on there, "where to buy" recommendations.

What about? RM White Series™ RM850 — 850 Watt 80 PLUS Gold Fully Modular ATX PSU

Isn't the Hyte Y60 case a dual chamber model, with the PSU almost entirely hidden? (Except on the rear of the case, of course.) Would you paint the switch and socket on the rear of a white PSU to eliminate all traces of blackness?

I believe that Corsair doesn't manufacture PSUs. Some of their models are very good. I think the RM850 is one of the good ones. Its negative reviews seem to be about the same fraction as for some Seasonic models. 4-5% one-star reviews may be an irreducible minimum for mass market PSUs.

I see that Seasonic offers a Platinum certified 850W PSU in white, if you have champagne tastes. Seasonic FOCUS GX-850(White), 850W 80+ Gold, Full-Modular, Fan Control in Fanless, Silent, and Cooling Mode, Perfect Power Supply for Gaming and Various Application - Newegg.com

I checked Puget Systems, a high-end PC workstation builder. The PSUs they use are from Super Flower. Super Flower also makes white PSUs. Are you a human? Still mass-market, and not the with the highest prices, but Puget presumably couldn't tolerate high failure rates in their expensive workstations.

It will game well up to 1440p. For 4k you would want the 16B of memory.

There is a 16GB "4070 Ti Super" coming out soon (it was announced at CES). It will have the same MSRP as the Ti. But who knows about the retail price and the availability.

I understand what your saying about the Hyte Y60 case and even though it's not visible I guess I'm sort of OCD about it because I'll know it's not white whilst everything else will be. Not only that I haven't purchased the case yet, so anything could happen and I could perhaps get something different which then the PSU could be visible depending. Initially I wanted 1000w or more but since I'm unable to find anything at this time and you've confirmed the RM850 is decent I'll probably stick with that one.
Thank you for the suggestions though and I'm making note of everything because I have only purchased a couple things so far so I'm open to switching parts out as needed.
This right here is my parts list. It's not a final list or maybe not 100% complete, but I've been researching and picking out parts as I go.

I looked at your parts list. I'd go for an I9-14900K over a KF (which lacks an iGPU). I have an I9-13900K. I'll probably never use the iGPU for the specialized video encoding it supports, or for troubleshooting (with no GPU installed), but it doesn't add a large sum to the system.

I didn't realize that NZXT sells own brand motherboards. Rumor has it that it's made by Asrock. (Which is good.) I trust that you'll resist the temptation to paint white the parts that aren't covered by the white shield. ;-)

Thermal paste snobs use Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut at the moment. I have no idea how it compares to the Corsair paste.

For an LGA1700 motherboard, enthusiasts use n aftermarket CPU mounting frame because the Intel one sometimes bends the CPU's heat spreader too much. It can drop temperatures by a few degrees.

I'm curious where you're located. (Country, not personal address.) Your links are to the US Amazon site, but "whilst" is from the King's English.

Not going to paint anything white I promise. It's just the old RTX 4060 Ti was mostly black and would have been the main view looking inside the case. I'm in the US

Looks good. I hope that it meets your expectations, both for appearance and performance.

Maybe you should be trying for endorsements from Corsair. :-)

Yes, I'm very proud of myself because this was my first time ever building a computer. I did find me a white graphics card though haha. I just ended up getting the Geforce RTX 4070 Ti 12GB. It'll due for now. 😜

These are my computer specs:
Windows 11 Pro
Intel Core i9-14900K
Nvidia Geforce GTX 4070 Ti 12GB
