The optimal settings for creating dump files was performed by running Tuneup plus.

The script can rerun as needed.

Follow with a new restore point.

Please restart WDV with all customized tests except:

Code:

    [ ] 0x00000004 Randomized low resources simulation.

Test all non-Microsoft drivers.

Run the WDV tool for 24 - 36 hours.

If there is no immediate BSOD then open administrative command prompt and copy and paste:

verifier /querysettings

The two crash messages from my original posting haven't shown up for a long while now - and this one is the only one I have seen multiple times now.

Check Reliability History for entries,in particular red flagged ones.
In the Search box,start typing ---reliability ---to access it.
If there are Critical events,select the line,then RIGHT click on the View Tech Details which will then show another View Tech Details box,select it and a Report Sent page should appear.
The first few lines should identify the problem.

Thanks for reaching out! The two CRITICALS were Windows being improperly shut down - which makes perfect sense as I've been running VERIFIER until I get a BSOD, and then have to shut down improperly to get into SAFE MODE, so I can turn off VERIFIER to stop the BSOD's. Sheesh! All should be good now. Thanks for the help!

The latest V2 share links were run in safe mode instead of normal boot.

See if the computer is able to collect event viewer files using these commands:

Open administrative command prompt and copy and paste:

wevtutil epl System %userprofile%\Desktop\system.evtx

Please run WDV in this fashion:

a) Reboot into normal boot
b) Start WDV
c) After a WDV crash > reboot into safe mode to run verifier /reset
d) Reboot into normal boot
e) Run the V2 log collector while in normal boot
f) Post a share link into the newest post

Hi zbook,
THANKS, AGAIN, for all your advice over the last days!!! It's definitely been a learning experience for me :)!
So, you've determined that the only way forward now is a complete clean install of Win 11?
Is it because of that strange crash I had yesterday after not shutting down Windows properly....or....is it because of the same repetitive error message "SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED" which only occurs when I am using Drive Verifier? Or is it something else you've discovered?

(Also, the log had to cxl driverquery.exe for lasting over 120 seconds, for some reason. Bitdefender was uninstalled, along with all of my Logitech stuff that added software for my mouse and keyboard. I also have a group of programs from RAZER, that pertain to my gaming headset, but I have been using their BOOST and CLEANING apps for the last couple years, so I think I will temporarily uninstall them, just in case.)
