I use geek uninstaller.
Testing out with Terminal did a search for tiktok then got the ID. Went to HERE - on top column select product ID and paste in middle column and select Retail in last column and tik the box. Used the name showing in list. Disney+ is simply Disney and tiktok is just that. You'll have to check out the others.

Get-AppxPackage *tiktok* | Remove-AppxPackage
Get-AppxPackage *Disney* | Remove-AppxPackage

Just remove all, except store, and then install those you want.
Note that it removes everything, like Cortana, widgets, game bar.
Code:
Get-AppXPackage | where-object {$_.name -notlike '*store*'} | Remove-AppxPackage

I'ld like to remove them using a script, i install Windows 11 on a lot of PC and i don't like bloatware, Is there a way (also not using Powershell) to remove them unattended?

I know this, if i use command Get-AppxPackage i can see all Windows App installed but i can't find Instagram Spotify Disney+ etc... but if i want to uninstall them i can do uninstalling via start menu (they are Windows Store Apps).

Using a script (in Powershell) s not a "clean" uninstall. Using 3rd party like Geek Uninstaller or RevoUninstaller (both freeware) gives the user the opportunity to also remove leftover files/folders/registry entries.

In respect of RevoUninstaller (my favourite/preferred) run the uninstaller option (simply double click on the program listed).
Don't reboot if prompted when finished
Select the Advanced clean up option
Run that, no need for a restore point, tick/select all entries and delete everything
Reboot if previously prompted (or do it, anyway)

For Windows bloatware, use the Windows tab in Revo and do the same process,

As mentioned above, some entries in the Start menu are NOT installed programs and won't appear in any uninstall program - they are simpley stubs to the program install process or web site. Just right click > (More) > Uninstall to remove them. They're just the result of Microsoft prostituting itself to commercial interests.
