Solved Desktop computer stopped displaying graphics

My desktop computer has gone bezerk.
It does not show most images and it has trouble connecting to some of the web sites.
Example: The computer will connect to Fox News web site. Here it displays the printed data but does not display the images.
I attached an example.

Tried with three different browsers. Ran the troubleshooter four times.
Not being able to connect to various sites might be a DNS problems. I don't know how this relates to not displying the graphics.

Not sure of network setup there why don’t you try unplugging router and modems for 15 seconds then plug back in. What did network troubleshooter say ?

Could just need the DNS Cache clearing as in Type 'ipconfig /flushdns' in the Command Prompt, and press Enter.

This is rather weird but I called my ISP and the lady said they were having problems with their Internet connection. About 30 minutes later everything straightened out and the problem disappeared. I attempted to find out what happened but could not get a clear answer.
I will mark this as solved.
