Solved Desktop hot key?

I have two keyboards, one for gaming, because the Start key did not interrupt if pressed accidently and an old MS 1.01a keyboard for typing which, if I hit the Start button, it opens start menu.

For no reason I cannot surmise, the gaming keyboard has suddenly activated the start button. I want to disable the start key on the MSI Vigor gaming board. I am fairly sure Brink has an answer!!!! :)

You can use a third party app or the registry. Of course this will affect both keyboards.

The MSI Dragon Center controls that keyboard and can also manage hotkeys. Check its instruction guide to see if it can do what your want.

Try the Windows lock and Unlock

I was just on my way to the MSI when I realised I had not checked replies, so I came on and found Glaskutter and Lances advice and image. VERY many thanks, I never knew about the the windows lock function. BRILLIANT, it worked.
