Desktop right click

Note to Bunny. I never noticed or read about that little bar up on top of the box. Also has the Cut, Copy and Rename along with the trash can. Sometimes its on top, other times the bottom.

Often, preparing a live stream, I have to edit up to 100 images!
I want all my options right there in one click! That's why I put them there!

Morning, have any of you been experiencing problems when right-clicking?. Sometimes I have to do it three or more times to get it to perform the action required.

It is. Even worse at the previous build. Makes me think that I have to buy a new mouse.

Are you talking about just right clicking on the desktop? If so the trash can won't show unless you select a file or folder.

The option are on the top. The paste only shows if you have selected a file or folder.

No, I just right click on what I want to delete, then press the "delete key" on my keyboard.

My trash can is always showing. That may be because I started out from Windows 10 in the DEV Channel and when WU offered an update, I was updated to Windows 11.

Since the trash can was already on my desktop, it just stayed.

I just put several things on my desktop, Arazel, then right clicked on the desktop and Delete isn't there. I have to select Show More Options before I can select Delete, which is in the grouping second to bottom.

It moves around based on the location of the file/folder.

Absolutely not!!!

These attributes should be there on first click! Native or not! Period!

I'm getting sick and tired of all the speculation on what MS did to the right click context menu, why they did it, what you can do to work around it, whether it works for this, or that, blah, blah, blah!

They made a mistake! They should fix it!

By trash can on the desktop I assume that you're talking about the Recycle Bin? As for when you right click on a file or folder the trash can icon on the top is the icon for delete. I apologize if I'm misunderstanding you.

I disabled those two, I now have to right click twice, instead of three times. At least that's an improvement :).

Oh!!!! Now I see it! I was looking for it on the desktop, not the context menu! Duhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!

Actually, that's just about as easy; maybe a tad bit easier . . . Going back to look for some other stuff up thar!
