Feedback I sent/added to existing one.
Same here.
tpm.msc shows I have the requires tpm 2.0 also in cmd prompt tpmtool getdeviceinformation shopws it too.

For core isolation regedit shows it as turned on(Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\DeviceGuard\Scenarios\HypervisorEnforcedCodeIntegrity)

And lastly, sysinfo32 shows these and also UEFI boot is being used.

But Windows Security Device security is blank and states my device doesn't meet requirements.
It did with the Windows 10 dev version I upgraded from though.

As an edition at every reboot Automatic sample submission gets turned off.

Exact same - probably because:

  1. They haven't finished coding whatever is needed in Win11 to provision the TPM, or
  2. They purposefully left it out because of this: Preparing for Insider Preview Builds of Windows 11

Remember, this is a Dev build, so it is supposed to work on machines that don't meet the minimum requirements. So, it would make sense that they did not include the code / app(s) needed to make use of TPM 2.0, because that would then preclude (some) such machines (namely those without TPM 2.0).

Good to know at least it's not any setting I might have done, or just the upgrade fubarred it.

I found the culprit.
I made an ISO from UUP Dump and did a repair install(to see if it would fix the problem).
It finished first with some kind of mix between 10 & 11, and device security showed everything.
But when I looked for updates in settings and let it install Cumulative update KB5004564 it was gone again, but then the system also was Win11 pure again, without any leftovers from 10.
