Solved Dual boot not working both OS useable, no boot manager

First let me say thanks to everyone helping. Now, I've 4 pics for you this time. Number one, I just pasted the address of the EFI file into File Explorer, I really didn't expected it to work, and as guessed it said C:Efi does not exist. 2. Same as #1, except this was pulled from a cmd line inside of the recovery. I was looking on the Microsoft Support site and someone posted that they did something with the EFI folder and fixed the same problem I have, of course I don't know that for sure. 3. Again taken inside recovery, trying bootrec /rebuildbcd, this says there is no operating system installed.
#4. @jbcarreon123 this pic is for you. I tried the slmgr suggestion, cmd says that''s not a command.
@SIW2 Are you talking about the output pic in post #17? I double checked that is the top of the window. The pic not numbered, is that what you want?

The bootmgr info is missing from your bcdedit output screenshot. that is the important bit.

You can t see it because your cmd screen height buffer is too small.

do this at admin cmd prompt

bcdedit >c:\bcdout.txt

then the details will be in c:\bcdout.txt

Or you can make the buffer bigger

rt click the top of cmd window, select properties and change the numbers

Ok, thanks for the guide, My buffer height is 9001 and window size height is 30. Again the cmd you gave me is listed as not a recognized as a cmd. Here is the output from bcdedit, as you can see this is the top. I would like to to the output as I would like to see it also.

Looking at some of the other threads here, I noticed there was a tutorial on dual booting, the author said that we needed to change the name of 11 during install. I didn't notice that it was still labeled 10 until after I got it installed and doing a set up, then I changed it. Could that be causing a problem?

You didnt enter the cmd I gave you.

There should be a space between bcdedit and >c:\bcdout.txt

C:\Users\User Name> bcdedit >C:\bcdout.txt

I got it going, YEAH!!!! What I did, I reinstalled 11, when restarting I got the boot mgr screen. I chooose 11, and it failed. So I restarted, clicked settingsOn the sign screen, then turned off the setting for "signed drivers". Then it worked. I haven''t rebooted yet but I think I can get it from here.
