Dual Boot - W11 + W11 - 2 SSDs in 1 PC

Hello, guys, how are you doing?

Recently, I am with a problem with my job notebook (too slow)... So one solution that I've thought was using my personal computer to work... It has so much more power, but the problem was that my job uses a Enterprise License of work, so I couldn't work on the same profile, my personal profile coexisting with my professional...

The solution was buying a new SSD, and using dual boot, switching from my personal HD, to my professional one...

But its not working at all... I've tried everything to enable dual boot, but I couldn't...

So here is what I've done:

1) Already used W11 in personal SSD
2) Bought another SSD, installed in motherboard, and installed another W11
3) in the first reboot of installation, the dual boot blue screen appeared, with my personal and my " professional"

4) but when I select the professional, it appear an error screen, like there was missing the booting files (portuguese language, srr)


Vol 3 its the new SSD (the professional one), with no configured W11


Also I've changed the name of the personal W11 to MCM (wich is the main system), like above:


So my computer recognizes the partition, and new windows, but its not working switching between one to another....

Where did I miss?

The bigger question is does your work computer login to a Domain? or is it a Peer to Peer network?
Does the work computer have Group Policies for the users with specific controls? Does your IT dept of your company sanction or even aware of you using a different device for accessing the work environment?

How do I use it to solve my problem using EasyBCD? Is there any tutorial? Or tips...

I work for a Startup, so the police is more flexible than normal. So it won't be a problem using my personal computer with a professional SSD.

I've created a bootable pendrive with W11, and than, restarted my computer, gone to bios, boot by pendrive, started W11 setup.

Than I formated the second SSD, and started intalling windows. When once finished, my computer restarted, and then the problem begun...

I couldn't enter this second window anymore...

Have you tried to change the hard disk boot priority in BIOS to load either version of Windows 11? It might be simpler than mess with dual boot.

Yes, I've tried boot for both, but didnt work,,, in bios included - look to the videos...

In the second video that it posted, it looks like you used Rufus to create the Windows 11 USB flash drive. I would recreate the Windows 11 USB flash drive using Microsoft's own tool:

Then do another clean install to the second SSD:

Could one Windows 11 installation has messed with the drive letter? I mean the system drive is always C: from Windows 95 to 11 (also in DOS). The presence of two Windows installations on the same computer some time changes the drive letter and screw things. So one installation expects the system files in C: but this has changed to D: or something else and cannot find these and fails. If you boot with Strelec's boot USB, there is a utility to fix the drive letters. Download Strelec here: WinPE 10-8 Sergei Strelec (x86/x64) 2022.12.07

Also if the installation was configured to AHCI disk mode and you try to boot in IDE disk mode or vice versa it will fail. Change disk controller in BIOS to AHCI or IDE and try booting again. Also if it is a Legacy BIOS installation and you try to boot in UEFI mode or vice versa it will fall. Enable both UEFI and Legacy (CSM support) and then try booting the respective disk both ways.
