Dual Boot W11+W11 - 2nd One Takes Two Minutes

I suspect that at this point it can probably be relegated to annoyance level as that is a backup install for testing / troubleshooting, correct?
Pretty much so. Just seems strange that no one seems to have an explanation for the delays. As well as posting in forums, I've been watching dozens of YouTube videos on dual booting systems, and no one has ever commented on the boot delay. C'est la vie.

Trackpad has never worked properly since day 1. The same with the new replacement one as well. 2/3 of left side becomes sluggish and then unresponsive and the left button also becomes unresponsive. Lots of people with problem but HP won't acknowledge or fix it.
So, it's either a known issue that cannot be resolved at all, or else something no one has experienced. In the videos, etc. you've been perusing is the delay evident?

They never actually mention anything about timings, as the videos are primarily about setting up dual boot. I've eliminated it being the way I've implemented the dual boot, two different ways with the new laptop, versions of Windows and age of technology (9 years vs. brand new) doesn't seem to have a bearing either, so basically stumped. If I could get rid of the 15 second delay from powering on, I'd be more than happy.
