Edge Beta is my default browser, has been for a while. I noticed today that sometimes the Edge processes stay running in the background after closing the browser (14-15 of them usually). I've never changed any settings, I'm not using the startup boost or have apps running after closing.
Not sure if this a bug in the new build released yesterday (January 9th). Picture shows the processes still running after closing.
Like I said, I've not changed any of the settings in months, so unless there's something new in the latest version....
Edit: seeing the same behaviour on Edge Stable as well. It's like Startup boost is always active even though it's disabled in the settings
