Edge forcing Co-Pilot and location selections?

Is anyone else having this issue where you are browsing in edge, then when you hit home it forces the selection of co-pilot and location services on you? I am getting very sick and tired of all the garbage lately.

That does not really solve the issue. it's more like a band aid. I have my most used sites pinned to the home page and I use it often when in edge. Is it happening to others?

It has just this second turned on Copilot when I opened a new tab. What I am getting annoyed at is it not remembering this setting for promotional links. Three times today it has reverted back to 'On'.

I haven't got this issue. It is probably a bug not a an on the sly introduction of a new feature.

I turn everything off..., open Edge again and it turns everything back on! P-I-T-A!

I don't use the home page for anything. The tab bar can be used to pin important tabs and also you can group many tabs and use many groups.

You'll have to go through a few settings in Edge to find and turn off Copilot settings.

Windows 11 is so much less frustrating when edge and copilot are completely removed. It gets annoying fighting an AI-controlled OS over control of your hardware..

None. Manully configured so nobody except me can change any critical system files. (Don't ask how, it's probably against some rule somewhere)
try feedback tell them about it and you do not want it. After a few days it went away.
