I wouldn't be concerned with a DAC right now, unless you plan on running some really high end software.

checked with my remote is on the main active on my Lt side......the sensor!

The cable between the speakers carries all of the signal power that drives the passive speakers. Without it, a passive speaker does nothing at all.

The Dragonfly DAC is used as an alternative to the analog output of the PC or laptop's built-in sound card. It's used by audiophiles who want better sound than the PC can provide. It probably cost more than your Edifier system. Dragonfly IMHO, you don't want one.

I disconnected from BT, attached wired, remote still works even better on the active speaker.

Edifier shows only now on BT in device manger not in audio devices.

Attaching other devices like mouse etc...

I just witnessed the blue/green light not constantly on but blinking turned off and than presesed again. Now is stable. At times is noisy when wired in vs BT...any ideas?
