How do I fix this? Nothing wrong with my PC it boots fine and everything is fine its not my OS C drive just a storage drive and it works fine too. I didn't know if it mattered because and I don't want to mess anything up. I think I noticed because the EFI drive used to show up in file explorer. I’m new at this.

Everything says healthy in here its just in that windows 11 new volume menu it says full repair needed. I swear it used to show up in my file explorer but its not there anymore thats how I noticed it I think and I cannot do anything with it and seen in the third pic. Maybe nothing is wrong as nothing wrong with my computer. But this EFI is not on my C drive its on drive F.disk3.jpg

I am not posting anymore results for you I edited my post. Someone here had this same issue and you were in this thread. Maybe it’s specific to this but I want to be safe.

EFI System Partition in error - Windows 10 Help Forums

I am running 21376.1 Looking around in Manage Disks and Volumes I found the EFI partition says full repair needed. Is this a problem? System runs fine and boots ok. If it should be fixed how do I fix it. ieEFI Partition.pdf

If all the cables were detached except disk 0: ST2000DX002-2DV164 would it boot?

Disk F was just a storage disk that has games on it. It was not the OS C drive. Disk F had the EFI partition on it not the C drive . It wouldn’t boot from F cuz it’s not the OS drive shouldn’t my EFI be on my C drive not F drive. There is no OS on F

Yes, Disk 5 should have an EFI partition.

Please perform the following steps:

Open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste:

diskpart
sel dis 5
sel par 1
shrink desired=100
create partition EFI
format fs=fat32 label ESP
assign letter=W
exit

bcdboot C:\windows /s W: /f all

Boot from a Windows 11 Installation USB flash drive. On the first screen asking for language and keyboard, click next. In the lower left corner of the next screen, click on Repair your computer. Click Troubleshoot. Click Startup Repair. Click on Windows 11 for the target system.

I am running 21376.1 Looking around in Manage Disks and Volumes I found the EFI partition says full repair needed. Is this a problem? System runs fine and boots ok. If it should be fixed how do I fix it. ieEFI Partition.pdf

I already tried startup repair and it says failed I tried it from the CD and it still says failed can I do the steps zbook said will it delete the F EFI

The steps in post #15 will create an EFI system partition on disk 5.
