All sites working in Firefox and Brave, but only 3 are opening in Edge, those 3 being instagram.com, ionos.fr, and credit-agricole.fr.
It seems impossible to get any other site to open in Edge now.

I have MalwareBytes Premium installed. I have tried disabling it, but that made no difference.
I have a VPN, which I also disabled and the problem remained.
I also have O&O Shutup10++ Premium and have tried disabling it, yet the issue persists.

O&O support said:
What stands out in the screenshot is that around 15 tabs are loading at the same time and only two of them succeed. Something inspecting or limiting the connections would be a possible explanation here - security software with HTTPS/web protection, a proxy, or an extension. Testing Edge in an InPrivate window with extensions disabled, and temporarily disabling the web protection module of the security software as a whole rather than only its browser extension, might help narrow this down.

I tried system restore to the point prior to installing O&O Shutup10. It didn't make any difference. I also tried the InPrivate window with all extensions disabled and got the same result. I have no idea how to solve this now. 🥺

Use the batch script to reset TCP/IP protocol suite hopefully this will fix the problem.

Regretfully, it didn't solve the problem.

The ERR_CONNECTION_CLOSED error means your browser tried to load a page, but the server cut or closed the connection before finishing. Fix it by checking your internet, clearing browser cache, flushing your DNS, or disabling VPNs and extensions.

I have already tried disabling my VPN and extensions. I have now cleared the cache and flushed DNS. Still, the issue remains.

I went to How to Uninstall/Reinstall Edge - Microsoft Q&A
I then uninstalled Edge and reinstalled it. Nothing has changed.

Thanks Steve. I have Revo Uninstaller Pro. That allowed me to remove all registry entries. I have again reinstalled it and now it is working normally.

Many thanks to both of you for coming to my aid.
