Every Second Right Click, I Get The Legacy Menu?

Hi everyone,

This has been happening for a long time. Every second right-click, I get the legacy menu (and every second click, the new menu).

This is on both my computers. I want the modern menu.

Can anyone offer any insight as to how to fix this?

In the tutorial in post #2... do Option One, step 2... to ENABLE the modern context menu.
Then restart the computer to apply the changes.
