You're restarting the explorer.exe process which is responsible for displaying Windows/File Explorer and the Taskbar.

I have uninstalle this and is OK now...

You've uninstalled Explorer Patcher? That's probably a good idea since it has a number of issues as it relies on undocumented functionality which is subject to change.

If the explorer.exe process didn't start again, then you can use CTRL + ALT + DELETE, choose the Task Manager option and then start a new explorer.exe process from there.

That's not normal. Try two things: (1) Update and restart Explorer Patcher (since right click on task bar isn't working, go via the Start Menu). (2) Set the Task Bar to Windows10 in Explorer Patcher (if it isn't already). Some users have reported a problem when their taskbar is set to Win11, but not Win10.
