Freebooters solution did not work, for some reason I had no access to my own drive!
Don't know what went wrong whatever I tried failed!
Ended up reformatting the drive (Transcend 250H) reinstall Win 11 from fresh ISO, reinstall Hasleo backup & this restored the system!

Good job.
You know you can also create a System Image file with Hasleo. Which would include the Windows OS, and all apps and settings and save that to your backup drive. You then can avoid the step of having to install Windows Then restore your backup.
