I wouldn't get too overly concerned about which is the absolute fastest. For the most part, all of the major players offerings are fairly close in performance, there may be some minor differences.
The reason I say not to get too carried away with that is that you will likely never notice the difference. In fact, Linus Tech Tips did a video in which they had people try to pick out the fastest SSD, and it turned out that in real life they couldn't even tell the difference between a slow SATA SSD and a really fast NVMe SSD. With that being the case, you are even less likely to notice the difference between 2 different NVMe SSDs.
My personal opinion is to focus on factors such as cost and durability (TBW rating). For example, for my laptop I went with a Seagate Firecuda NVMe SSD because they have stupid high endurance ratings (I thing mine is 1,600 TBW). Yes, that works out to 1.6 Petabytes.
